Shot by government forces with direct gunfire to the head or neck area on Nabovat Boulevard in Haft-e Howz area of Tehran. He was severely wounded and his companions had to leave the scene due to heavy shooting and presence of suppressive forces. His body was found after two months of searching in a Tehran morgue. The bullet hit him from behind in the neck area, and his face was severely damaged and unrecognizable. He was from Charam city in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad province. His body was identified through a tattoo on his hand and other characteristics.
