His father carried his lifeless body hundreds of meters to reach their car and then took him home to prevent the regime from taking the body. Security agents forced the father to sign a written commitment stating his son was killed by 'rioters'. Parham was a calm, well-behaved and lovable teenager who had an emotional and close relationship with his parents. When his father asked him not to go to protests, he replied 'If I don't go, what do I do with my conscience?'
