Shot in the leg during second night of protests, taken to Alghadir Hospital in Tehran while still alive, but hospital was attacked forcing his companion to flee. His body was found by his wife alone in Kahrizak four days later without burial or ceremony. Father figure who told protesters he would sacrifice himself for the young people.
