Shot from behind during protests in Shandiz. Bullet hit his lung. He was transferred to Shandiz clinic after being shot but died without medical care because an evacuation order had been issued for the clinic. He had only been among the protesters for about half an hour when he was targeted. He was a footballer who aspired to pursue a professional football career and also planned to open a mobile phone shop. After his death, government forces tried to present him as a martyr, but his family opposed this and did not attend the ceremony held for him at a mosque without family consent.
